Cullman’s varsity baseball team rode a sizzling offense to a doubleheader sweep of its Class 6A, Area 13 foe Jasper on Thursday.

Bennett Johnson, Cale Graves and Colter Bowen each homered in the opener for the Bearcats, the latter hitting a walk-off grand slam in the sixth inning that ended the contest.

Cullman, which finished with 16 hits and 10 walks across the two games, won the nightcap 7-2 to improve to 13-11 on the season and punch its playoff ticket.
