The 41st Annual Bloomin’ Festival Arts and Crafts Fair is set to welcome a wide array of talented artisans, including Hannah Shankle of Madison. With a lifelong passion for art and animals, Shankle has turned her love for drawing dogs and cats into a thriving creative business, offering an extensive selection of handcrafted, pet-themed products.

Shankle’s specialty lies in her illustrated handmade greeting cards, each adorned with her original dog and cat artwork. Her collection includes designs for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, birthdays, thank-you notes and more, all reflecting the deep emotional bond between pets and their owners. Many of her cards are enhanced with handcrafted embellishments, adding a unique, personal touch to every piece.

Beyond greeting cards, Shankle’s shop features an array of pet-themed items, including notepads, notebooks, stickers, keychains and earrings, all showcasing her signature pet illustrations and paw print logo. She has also expanded her collection to include lifestyle products such as cups and ornaments, each adorned with her hand-drawn designs.

For those looking to celebrate their beloved pets in a more personalized way, Shankle offers custom pet portraits on ornaments, canvases, t-shirts and coffee cups. Her detailed artistic process ensures each piece captures the personality and charm of every pet.

In addition to her pet-focused creations, Shankle brings an innovative twist to her artistry by upcycling VHS tape boxes into purses. Each purse is hand-sewn with a lining and features a strap for easy carrying, all while showcasing the original movie cover of beloved family-friendly films.

Festival-goers will have the opportunity to explore Shankle’s unique collection and take home one-of-a-kind, handcrafted pet-inspired treasures. Meet Shankle and discover her creations at the Bloomin’ Festival, taking place April 5-6, at St. Bernard Prep School.
