LOCAL SPORTS: Good Hope’s Malin named Athlete of the Week

Tucker Malin continued to add to his senior season résumé this past week.

The Good Hope standout racked up 36 points against Cold Springs, 22 points against Fairview and 20 points against Holly Pond to help the Raiders win their fifth county title in the past seven years.

Malin, who shot 90 percent from the free-throw line and 51 percent from the field, also averaged 7.5 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals.
