West Point’s varsity girls kept on rolling last week — and Jaelyn Faulkner played a crucial role in that.
The junior standout notched 25 points against Brewer, 25 points against Lawrence County and 19 points against Muscle Shoals — all wins — to help the Warriors improve to 12-2 as of Tuesday, Dec. 17.
Faulkner shot a combined 48 percent from 3-point range and 60 percent from inside the arc against Brewer and Lawrence County, respectively, while averaging five steals and three assists per game.
She is The Times’ Athlete of the Week.
