The North Alabama Agriplex is entering the new year with a brand-new twelve-month slate of events, learning opportunities, and fun things to do — all now available to browse in the Cullman-based educational nonprofit’s 2025 Program Guide.

Registration for all 2025 programs from January through May is now live at the Agriplex’s website (agriplex.org), with the new program guide itself also ready to browse either online or in a take-home booklet form that guests can refer to all throughout the year. The Agriplex’s remaining December 2024 schedule is also online at the site, as well as the complete activities schedule for January 2025.

As part of its year in review, the Agriplex shared a look back at the results of its ongoing partnership with area farmers and growers plus the Cullman Master Gardeners to feed the community through the Grow More, Give More program. In 2024, the program yielded 5,161 pounds of fresh locally-raised produce, all donated to 21 local agencies that, in turn, distribute the food to those in need.

The Agriplex also thanked Master Gardener Brad Mitchell in particular for raising almost one-third of this year’s donated produce haul himself. In 2024, Mitchell grew and donated 1,698 pounds of produce; a long list of fruits and veggies that kept his robust green-thumb skills active from springtime through autumn.
