Cullman County students attend leadership conference

Cullman County students Hunter Henley, Kaydon Kalinowski and Irish Keener attended the Alfa Youth Leadership Conference Nov. 4-5 at the Alabama 4-H Center in Columbiana.
The Alabama Farmers Federation, Cullman County Farmers Federation, Alabama Ag Credit and Alabama Farm Credit sponsored the conference, which teaches students how to “advocate for agriculture, identify their potential and step into leadership roles.” The event is for 9th and 10th graders.
Henley attends Fairview High School, Kalinowski attends Cullman High School and Keener is homeschooled.
