Fall camp kicked off this week for numerous teams around the state, including several in The Times’ coverage area — with the season set to open on August 22.

Quick Hitter: Will McDaniel, who served as Hanceville’s defensive coordinator the past two seasons, enters his first year as Holly Pond’s coach. He’s the sixth head man for the Broncos in as many years.
