PREP BOWLING: West Point boys set school record; Aggies earn sweep

West Point’s varsity boys bowling team took down Gadsden City 1,442 to 1,387 on Tuesday night.
The Warriors, who broke the school record for highest
score in a match, were paced by Kevin Vance (278) and Jake Wray (216).
Vance’s score was also a school- and personal-best.
Fairview’s bowling teams, meanwhile, swept Clements on Monday night.
The boys finished with a score of 1,204. Noah Loney (177 — pictured) and Walker Johnson (153) helped the Aggies
improve to 4-0 overall and 3-0 in region play.
The girls finished with a score of 787. Reanna Rusk (132 —pictured) and Anna Strane (108) helped the Aggies improve to 3-1 overall and 3-0 in region play.
