Theft of property, fourth degree: Alexys K. Ellis, 25,of Anniston, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Criminal trespassing, third degree: Rebecca O. Perotti, 40, of Falkville, arrested on Olive Street SW.

Criminal trespassing, third degree; unlawful possession/receiving of a controlled substance: Bryan D. McIntyre, Jr., 37, of Crane Hill, arrested on Olive Street SW.

Forgery, third degree; possession of a forged instrument, third degree; theft of property, second degree: Daniel K. McGraw, 43, Vinemont, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear- driving without a license; driving while license revoked, three counts; failure to register a vehicle; insurance violation: Joseph S. Villa, 50, of Cullman, arrested on Hwy. 31 N.

Driving under the influence; reckless endangerment: Dakota L. Lott, 24, of Hanceville, arrested on 2nd Avenue NE/Arnold Street NE.

Giving false information to law enforcement: Chris R. McGinnis, 49, of Cullman, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
