Theft of property, fourth degree: Cory D. Anthony, 28, of Cullman arrested in Hanceville.

Unlawful possession/receiving controlled substance; public intoxication; criminal trespass, third degree: Shannon W. Brockman, 43, arrested in Cullman arrested on Highway 157.

Arson, third degree: Joseph T. Shier, 60, of Cullman arrested on Highway 157.

Driving under the influence: Jeremiah H. Miller, 43, of Lincoln arrested on Olive Street SW.

Failure to appear- harassment: Brian L. Olsowy, 30, of Somerville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Disorderly conduct; public intoxication: Neil O. Beard, 34, of Cullman arrested on 1st Avenue SW.
