Public intoxication: Eric Sesma, 29, of Vinemont arrested on 4th Street SW.

Failure to appear- theft of property, fourth degree; public intoxication; criminal trespass- third degree; leaving the scene of an accident: Shayla C. Williams, 26, of Bremen arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear- resisting arrest; disorderly conduct; domestic violence, third degree: Bridget N. Sears, 35, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear- larceny/ theft-shoplifting, less than $500: Gretchen Speegle Barnett, 45, arrested at the Berlin Quick Stop.

Drug trafficking; possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense; possession of marijuana; ex-felon in possession of a firearm: Scottie Allen Carroll, 35, arrested on Elm Street SE.

Failure to appear- public intoxication: Kevin Dewayne Graves, 34, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
