Unlawful distribution of controlled substance (three counts); unlawful possession/receiving of controlled substance (two counts); possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a forged instrument, first degree: Janet R. Beasley, 43, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Disorderly conduct: Donly K. Koshowsky, 29, of Hanceville arrested on 2nd Ave NE.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Christopher C. Brown, 31, of Decatur arrested on US Highway 157.

Driving under the influence- controlled substance; unlawful possession/ receiving controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia: Jonica B. Grant, 24, of Cullman arrested on US Highway 157.

Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle; theft of property, third degree: Travis W. Evans, 54, of Warrior arrested on I-65 Exit 289.

Theft of property, fourth degree (two counts); possession of drug paraphernalia; criminal trespass, third degree (two counts): Britany H. Riggs, 28, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave Sw/ 7th Street SW.

Theft of property, fourth degree; unlawful possession/ receiving of controlled substance: Brett M. Gordon, 27, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Avenue SW/ 7th Street SW.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Trey B. Guthery, 26, of Hanceville arrested on 2nd Ave Sw/ 7th Street SW.

Theft of property, first degree; unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle: Rachel L. Lay, 29, of Cullman arrested on St. Joseph Street NW.

Driving under the influence: Jeffrey S. Prudhomme, 47, of Fairhope arrested on I-65 Exit 304.

Disorderly conduct: Oliver T. Brooks, 36, of Cullman arrested on 4th Street SW.

Judges order- possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with the intent to distribute controlled substance, and unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree: Johnny Wayne Johnson, 35, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Possession of drug paraphernalia; unlawful possession of controlled substance: Billy Edward Oden, 27, arrested on County Road 1029.

Failure to appear- burglary, third degree; criminal mischief, third degree; possession of drug paraphernalia; theft of property, first degree: William Carlton Shikle, 32, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Public intoxication: Micheal James Spiegel, 31, arrested on New Hope Road.
