Cold Springs’ Toni West can now — officially — call herself an all-star.

The junior standout made the cut when the Alabama High School Athletic Directors and Coaches Association announced its rosters for this year’s North-South All-Star basketball games on Wednesday.

West was one of only 15 players selected to the North squad.

She averaged 11.8 points, 6.1 rebounds and 3.1 assists per contest for the Lady Eagles this past season en route to notching third-team honors on the Class 2A All-State basketball team.

Cold Springs finished with a 31-5 record and advanced to the 2A title game for a second straight year.

Both All-Star games — boys and girls — will take place on July 14 at an undetermined site in Montgomery.

West joins Elizabeth Hill (2019), Emme Willoughby (2016), Triston Chambers (2015), Bailey West (2015) and Chayse Elliott (2012) as previous Cold Springs players to secure North-South All-Star accolades.

Cross country and volleyball rosters were announced earlier this month as well.

Cullman’s Bernarda Tizapa, Cullman’s Walker Huddleston and Holly Pond’s Camilla Chambers will represent their respective North squads on the trails, while Addison’s Callie Crider will do the same in the latter competition.

All-Star rosters for baseball, football, golf, soccer, softball and tennis will be announced later.
