Today is deadline to apply for absentee ballot

Today is the deadline to make application for an absentee ballot for the primary election on Tuesday.
Eligible Alabamians can apply in person and gain access to an absentee ballot that same day.

Voters can download the form at AlabamaVotes.gov. Upon completion, the application should then be delivered to the appropriate Absentee Election Manager no later than 5 p.m. today, February 27.
Hand-delivered or postmarked absentee ballots must be returned to the appropriate Absentee Election Manager no later than 5 p.m. Monday, March.
Voters are encouraged to confirm their registration information, check their polling place, and view their sample ballot prior to Election Day on March 3.
Polls on Tuesday will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
