Possession of drug paraphernalia: Shannon A. McDonald, 38, of Cullman arrested on Cleveland Avenue SW.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Hannah G. Oden, 23, of Cullman arrested on Cleveland Avenue SW.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Melissa A. Cortez, 41, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear- insurance violation, speeding, expired tag: Brian S. Gorff, 30, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Frank A. Waters, 29, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear- public intoxication: Taylor J. Scott, 27, of Albertville arrested on Highway 31 N.

Unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree: Daiquiri T. Powell, 30, of Vinemont arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Criminal trespass, first degree; assault, third degree: Cary J. Oden, 24, of Houston arrested on Cleveland Avenue SW.
