HANCEVILLE — Cold Springs’ junior varsity girls soared to a 47-18 victory over Fairview at the Cullman County Basketball Tournament on Saturday.

The No. 4 Lady Eagles took control early in the game and advance to play No. 1 West Point in the semifinals on Thursday at 5 p.m.

Ella Bruer (24), Malaya Taylor (15) and Mia Light (eight) provided the points for Cold Springs.

Abigail Davis (10) and Kiley Stevens (six), meanwhile, paced the No. 5 Lady Aggies offensively.
