Local attorney Trent Lowry has been invited to become an Alabama Law Foundation Fellow. Lowry’s primary area of practice is litigation with an emphasis on personal injury insurance claims and lawsuits. He is a partner at Griffith, Lowry & Meherg in Cullman.
The Alabama Law Foundation established the Fellows program in 1995 to honor members of the Alabama State Bar Association who have made significant contributions to their profession and their community. Only 1 percent of bar members may become Fellows.
The Foundation is a charitable, tax-exempt organization composed of several separate programs, each providing ways for lawyers to better their profession and their communities. The Foundation makes annual grants to organizations that provide free legal aid to the poor in civil cases, for projects that improve the administration of justice and for law-related education. It is the only charitable, tax-exempt organization affiliated with the Alabama State Bar. To learn more about the Alabama Law Foundation, visit alabamalawfoundation.org.
