Theft of property, fourth degree; criminal trespass, third degree: Johnny W. Vance, 66, of Cullman arrested at City Hall.

Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle; theft of property, fourth degree: Karlaton S. Evans, 34, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Brandon L. Ford, 46, of Vinemont arrested on 1st Avenue SE.

Public intoxication: Tamara M. King, 38, of Cullman arrested on Main Avenue SW.

Failures to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication: Henry A. Basinger, 52, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
