West Point’s Lexi Shadix and Molly Pendley were both recognized when the Alabama High School Volleyball Coaches Association announced its All-State volleyball teams earlier this week.

Shadix, a junior, was a first-team selection in Class 5A.

She accumulated 514 kills, 123 blocks, 65 digs, 43 aces and nine assists.

Pendley, meanwhile, secured second-team accolades.

The senior registered 302 kills, 190 digs, 110 aces, 28 blocks and 26 assists.

The Lady Warriors finished 32-18 this past season and won their first county title since 1964.
