Theft of property, fourth degree: Marissa E. Chaney, 21, of Vinemont arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
Possession of drug paraphernalia: James I. Wynn, 21, of Vinemont arrested on Highway 157/ County Road 1301.

Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle: Tow Square SW, damage to 2012 Toyota Prius- $2,500.
