Arrests
Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (three counts); unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a forged instrument, first degree; failure to appear- theft of property, fourth degree: Anthony R. Beasley, 48, of Cullman arrested on Main Avenue SW.
Failures to appear- possession of drug paraphernalia; attempting to elude; theft of property, fourth degree; improper muffler (two counts); insurance violation (four counts); driving without a license; driving while suspended (four counts); failure to register vehicle; improper lane usage: Eric M. Bullard, 25, of Garden City arrested on 5th Street SE.
Criminal mischief, second degree: Tritten A. Gurganus, 20, of Hanceville arrested on 2nd Avenue NE.
Theft of property, fourth degree: Moye L. Moon, 74, of Decatur arrested on Highway 157.
Failures to appear- expired tag, insurance violation: Seth T. Mitchell, 32, of Trussville arrested on Highway 31 S.
Failure to appear- driving while suspended: Justin C. Greene, 36, of Trinity arrested in Lawrence County.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Walmart, Highway 157, general merchandise- $143, arrest made.
Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle: 3rd Street SW, backpack and contents- $2,500.
