The ‘Sassy at Senior Plus’ Fashion Show is coming Saturday to the Colony Educational Complex, located on 151 Byars Road, Hanceville, at 5 p.m.

Admission is $5. Anyone who would like to participate, can register now or on the day of the event.

The ages include babies; teenagers, young adults and seniors. The cost to participate in the fashion show is $2 for children and $5 for adults.

Barbara Morris, publicity chair for Colony’s senior fashion show, said the effort has a two-fold purpose. 

“We are doing this for our seniors to get involved and have fun; while helping raise money for our senior center,” she said

The show will include a variety of acts from people throughout the community; both young and old.

“The last time we had this show, we had a wonderful time and raised quite a bit of money,” said Parish Fitts, the Colony Senior Center manager.

Refreshments will follow the festivities.
