Holly Pond class of 1961 hold reunion

- On Saturday, July 20 the Holly Pond class of 1961 met at Lions Club Park for their 58th class reunion. Classmates attending, front row, from left, are Janice Lovell Gorham, Kay Seibenhener Lindsey, Gail Reeves Wood, Jo Ann Henderson Cochran, and June Eddleman Henderson. Middle row, from left, are Jearldean Dunlap Randolph, Carole Shedd Colvard, Doris Davis Smith, Judy Gilley Brand, Elizabeth Patterson, Ann Holcombe Hart, Polly Helton Sullins, and Ruth Harris Golden. Back row, from left, are William E. Simpson, Charles Gorham, Sharon Hays Wadsworth, Jim Phillips, Dan Scott, Dewitt Sanford, Jo Smith Hunt, Mike Wisener, and Darrell Hicks. The class graduated 62 students, the largest at the time. The next reunion will be the 60th in 2021.
