The Cullman City School Board approved two assistant principals’ moves at Tuesday’s meeting.

Nic Gragg, who has been an assistant principal at East and West Elementary Schools, was approved to be a full-time assistant principal at East Elementary. 

Tommy Duke, who has been assistant principal at Cullman Middle School, moves to West Elementary School as assistant principal.

Chad Shannon will step into Duke’s former role at the middle school.

The board also approved an increase in pay for substitute teachers, from $60 to $75 per day.
