Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying pistol without a license: Nicholas C. Moody, 20, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Robbery, third degree; theft of property, fourth degree: Treasure L. Dennis, 29, of Talladega arrested on I-65 mile marker 302.
