Tennessee law enforcement agents are in Cullman County searching for clues about a Logan man who was charged in a kidnapping case and is suspected in other crimes.
Tennessee authorities, with the assistance of the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office, visited the residence of Roy Michel Nellsch, 62, Wednesday, but no reports of their findings are available
Law enforcement officers in Tennessee arrested the Logan man on May 22 and charged him with one count of especially aggravated kidnapping following a violent interaction earlier that day with a Clarksville woman, from which she was able to escape.
Nellsch remained in the custody of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office on a $500,000 bond.
In recent days, authorities have developed information to suggest Nellsch, who is a truck driver, may be connected to additional crimes with other victims.
Anyone who had an interaction with Nellsch, or who may otherwise be able to assist the ongoing investigation, should contact the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
