Professionals anglers in the Major League Fishing tournament at Smith Lake will be lining for the day’s event show at 4 p.m., followed by several prize giveaways including signed jerseys and fishing equipment.

Anyone interested in meeting the anglers can come to Depot Park in Cullman, and watch the show and try for a chance at the prizes. 

Some of the prizes include a signed jersey from Matt Lee, a rod and reel from Jordan Lee, as well as prizes from Jesse Wiggins and many others.

A sidewalk chalk contest for kids is also starting today, with prizes today and Friday.

Each day at 4 p.m. the anglers have a procession in front of the stage and conduct interviews and meeting with fishing fans.

More prizes will be given away Friday and through the weekend.
