The Shrimp Basket will open May 1, with a few additions to the menu not found at its other restaurants.
A company official confirmed the opening date for next week, noting the hours will be 11 a.m.-10 p.m.
Besides the shrimp, fish, oysters and other known favorites, snow crab legs, calamari, and shrimp spinach dip will be among the new items.
