Katie Ball smacked a walk-off, three-run homer on Tuesday, propelling Fairview’s softball team to a 7-6 home victory against Ashville.

Ball’s game-winning bomb came with two outs after Tess Bailey (single) and Daisy Manasco (walk) both reached earlier in the seventh inning.

Ball scattered four hits and two strikeouts over the final five frames to earn the win in the circle as well.

Allyson Wooten also homered for the Lady Aggies in a two-hit, three-RBI performance. She ripped a three-run blast in the first inning.

Manasco and Bailey added one hit apiece.
