Wallace State recognized during Community College Month

Cullman Mayor Woody Jacobs, and the City of Cullman recognized Wallace State this week, presenting a proclamation to honor the college during Community College Month. Hanceville Mayor Kenneth Nail, Cullman Mayor Woody Jacobs and their respective cities each recognized Wallace State this week, presenting a proclamation to honor the college during Community College Month.

Said Hanceville Mayor Kenneth Nail: “We have a great relationship with Wallace State, and we’re proud what the college represents for our community and the state. The City of Hanceville does its best to promote Wallace State. We believe that 99.9 percent of the time, what’s good for Wallace State is good for Hanceville.”

Said Cullman Mayor Woody Jacobs: “We couldn’t be prouder of Wallace State. It’s unbelievable the goals and awards Wallace State has achieved. You can look at the proclamation and see that Wallace State is ranked among the best community colleges in many areas.”
