Indecent exposure; criminal trespassing, third degree: Denzil J. Thomas, 52, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Stephen C. Lindsey, 33, of Cullman arrested on Town Square SW.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Loretta J. Hanners, 50, of Hartselle arrested on County Road 1142.

Attempting to elude: Christopher W. Williams, 41, of Cullman arrested on County Road 1142.

Theft of property, fourth degree: Jason P. Duke, 33, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear- switched tag: Robert J. Salers, 34, of Hanceville arrested on Highway 157.

Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance; unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree; possession of drug paraphernalia: Monica L. Reeves, 28, of Cullman arrested on Highway 278 W.
