Failures to appear- DUI, driving without registration (two counts), insurance violation, switched tag: John D. Anderson, 45, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Possession of a forged instrument: Mackenzie R. Don Vargas, 36, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
