Burglary, first degree; domestic violence, third degree- menacing; criminal trespassing, first degree; public intoxication: Tommy C. Pennington, 57, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Avenue NE.

Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance; criminal trespassing, third degree: Brandon G. Overton, 28, of Cullman arrested on Denson Avenue SW.
