Lakeshore Shootout: Blue Devils place 2nd, Watson scores 100th career goal

The Mortimer Jordan girls soccer team started its 2019 season with a second-place finish at the Lakeshore Shootout last weekend at Pelham High School.
The Blue Devils rostered two girls on the all-tournament team, including defender Allie Brazier and striker MacKynzie Watson. Watson, a Mortimer Jordan junior, scored a total of 11 goals over the weekend, bumping her career mark to 106 goals.
On Saturday, the Blue Devils fell to Pelham in the Bronze Division championship game.
