Ghost tour dates set for March, April

Southern Ghost Girls Tours & Paranormal Investigations LLC have announced upcoming tour dates.
On Saturday, March 9 from 6:30-9 p.m., enjoy a historic walking tour from Berkeley Bob’s Coffee House, 304 1st Avenue Southeast, along the sidewalks of historic downtown Cullman. Stroll the Warehouse District and learn about the area and its history. Cost is $20.
On March 16, from 8:30-10 p.m., take a special St. Patrick’s Day Ghost Walk tour. Start at the Festhalle in downtown Cullman and walk the city streets for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours as you hear about some of the infamous locations, unusual events and haunted happenings in downtown Cullman. Cost is $17.
A special anniversary ghost hunt is planned for Friday, April 26, from 7 p.m. until midnight. This event will commemorate the 156th Anniversary of the Battle of Crooked Creek, Day’s Gap and Hog Mountain. The tour will take place at the Crooked Creek Civil War Museum, 516 County Road 1127, Vinemont. Fred Wise, owner of the property, will lead a tour of the grounds. Participants will then be provided equipment for a supervised paranormal investigation. Cost is $30. A portion of the proceeds will go to the preservation of the museum.
