The City of Gardendale will host an Amnesty Week April 8-12, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. each day. Anyone with warrants in the city of Gardendale can appear in front of the magistrate during that week to have the warrant recalled and take care of the issue without being arrested. These warrants include failures to appear, traffic violations, etc.

The Gardendale Public Works Department has ended its leaf vacuum service for the year. They will continue to pick up bagged leaves.
