Cullman police are searching for two men who robbed the U.S. 278 West Chevron early Thursday morning.

The men were masked and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash from the register. They also attempted to haul off an ATM but were unsuccessful.

The clerk working during the 3 a.m. robber of the store, which is near Interstate 65, was struck but did not suffer life-threatening injuries, Police Chief Kenny Culpepper said.

The suspects fled in a red SUV.
