Theft of property — 1st degree: Phone Shop, 4th Street SW. Phones valued at $8,095. Arrest made.

Burglary — 3rd degree: Main Avenue SW. Freexers valued at $800.

Arrests

Murder, manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, homicide by vehicle or vessel, leaving the scene of an accident, DUI, failure to yield, driving while revoked: Brett S. Amerson, 54, of Morris arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear (theft by deception — 4th degree): Zackery T. Morgan, 23, of Falkville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
