Theft of property, fourth degree; possession of drug paraphernalia: Benjamin L. Aaron, 39, of Cullman arrested on Highway 157.

Theft of property, fourth degree; unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts): Samantha P. Peters, 26, of Bremen arrested on Highway 157.
