The annual Vinemont Band Booster Craft Show is continuing Saturday at the Cullman Civic Center, with 88 vendors who are offering handmade wares just in time for Christmas shopping.
The craft show — which takes place every year on the Friday and Saturday before Thanksgiving — always attracts a big crowd, and this year is no exception, said Vinemont Band Booster officer and event organizer Miranda Reeves.
“It has been busy,” she said.
Reeves said the festival offers a little bit of everything, with vendors offering everything from pottery, woodworking, jewelry, baked goods, crocheted items and candy.
Concessions are also available for purchase, and the Vinemont band members are present to lend a hand with setting up booths, bringing coffee or hot chocolate to the vendors and cleaning up after the show.
All of the proceeds from the show will go to help support the band , and the support from the community through the craft show always goes a long way for the band and its members, Reeves said.
“This is our biggest fundraiser,” she said.
The Vinemont Band Booster Craft Show is free to enter, and will continue today from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m at the Cullman Civic Center.
