Cullman’s boys basketball team erased a 13-point halftime deficit at Arab on Tuesday night en route to a season-opening 86-75 victory.

Jayden Sullins paced the Bearcats with a team-high 23 points.

Jase Goolsby (13 points), JD Parrish (12) and Noah Bussman (10) also netted double-digit contributions.

Cullman outscored the Knights 59-35 in the second half.

Varsity Girls

% Cullman 65, Arab 46: Anna Katherine Eastman tallied 18 points to lead the Lady Bearcats to the easy victory.

Alexandria Barker was next in line with 11 points, while Hannah Hoffman, Olivia Neal and Anna Grace Murphy scored eight points apiece.
