Fairview’s volleyball team won the Decatur Heritage Invitational on Saturday to improve to 31-12 this season.

The Class 4A No. 4 Lady Aggies defeated 2A No. 8 Hatton (25-19, 25-15) and 2A Sheffield (25-12, 25-5) in pool play before taking down 1A No. 4 Lindsay Lane (18-25, 25-20, 15-13) in the semifinals and 2A No. 7 Decatur Heritage (18-25, 25-15, 15-11) in the championship match.

Their only loss came against 1A No. 5 Meek (21-25, 25-17, 9-15) in pool play.

Fairview also won the Brindlee Mountain Invitational back in September.

Daisy Manasco (55 kills, 23 digs, four blocks and two aces), Katie Ball (39 kills, 22 digs, three blocks and two aces), Alivia Boyll (104 assists, three aces, two kills and one block), Isabella McGukin (12 kills, 11 digs and eight blocks) and Jacy Gorham (eight blocks, six kills and three aces) provided the top contributions for the Lady Aggies during the tournament.
