Cullman County Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a suspect in the shooting this morning in Garden City.

Joshua Finley, 31, was named as the suspect and was last seen between Crosshaven Church and Cullman Golf Course.

Finley had a warrant or warrants for arrest before the shooting on separate charges.

Any contact or sighting of Finley should be reported to 256-735-2425 or call 911.

One person was air-evacuated from Garden City following an early-morning shooting at a residence in the area of 3rd Avenue.

The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office is at the scene, but a spokesman for the department said more information will be released later.
