A suspect in an early-morning shooting in Garden City has been captured near Crosshaven Church and the Cullman municipal golf course.

Joshua Finley, 31, was named as the suspect and was spotted between Crosshaven Church and the golf course.

Finley had a warrant or warrants for arrest before the shooting on separate charges.

One person was air-evacuated from Garden City following the early-morning shooting at a residence in the area of 3rd Avenue. His identity and condition have not been released.
