Arrests
Resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia: Taylor N. Johns, 20, of Blountsville arrested on Warnke Road NW.
Criminal trespassing, third degree; unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree: Joshua A. Rodgers, 33, of Cullman arrested on Warnke Road NW.
Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia: Dana L. Reeves, 38, of Hanceville arrested on Lee Avenue SW.
Fraudulent use of credit/debit card (two counts): Logan L. Freeman, 29, of Cullman arrested on Horton Road.
Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, fraudulent use of credit/debit card (two counts): Breanna R. Freeman, 28, of Cullman arrested on Horton Road.
Violation of protection order: Joseph M. Walker, 29, of Cullman arrested on Walker Street SW.
Possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of prescription drugs: Bonnie Q. Still, 50, of Bremen arrested on 4th Street SW.
Unlawful possession of receipt of a controlled substance; unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree; possession of drug paraphernalia: Mark W. Dunn, 49, of Cullman arrested on County Road 473/ County Road 469.
Incidents
Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle: Harmony Lane SW, miscellaneous- unknown value.
Criminal trespassing, third degree: Warnke Road NW, arrest made.
Theft of property, third degree: Hartwig Lane SW, pressure washer- $1,000.
Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle: Highway 157, damage to 2006 Chevrolet Impala- $1,000.
Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle: Olive Street SW, damage to 2016 Dodge Durango- $2,000.
