Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia: Kodi V. York, 23, of Cullman arrested on Highway 157.

Theft of property, fourth degree; failures to appear- public intoxication (two counts): Carl A. Stiefelmeyer III, 53, of Cullman arrested on Olive Street SW.

Criminal trespassing, third degree: Stacey L. Pearce, 37, of Cullman arrested on Highway 157.

Failure to appear- public intoxication: Margaret D. Sellers, 44, of Holly Pond arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
