Two Cullman County men have been charged with crimes in separate cases involving children.

Brandon Duane Combs, 36, Cullman, was arrested Sunday and charged with chemical endangerment of a child.

James Tyler Hinman, 37, Hanceville, was arrested Friday and charged with torture, willful abuse of a child under the age of 18 following an investigation by the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.
