Possession of drug paraphernalia: Phillip C. Blackwood, 46, of Vinemont arrested on 4th Street SW.

Failure to appear- public intoxication: Nicholas S. Jackson, 26, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Avenue SW.

Failure to appear- criminal trespassing, third degree: Jimmy L. Yates Jr., 31, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear- public intoxication: Joshua T. Collins, 28, of Vinemont arrested on Highway 157.

Unlawful possession or receipt of a controlled substance: Zachary A. Owen, 18, of Cullman arrested on Main Avenue SW/ Graham Street SW.

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Bryan A. Hitt, 22, of Blountsville arrested on Main Avenue SW/ Graham Street SW.
