Planning commission approves requests

Proposed subdivisions and a rezoning request made it through the Cullman Planning Commission on Monday evening.
After several public hearings and a discussion on lot sizes and sidewalks, the commission gave approval to the proposed Oak Meadows subdivision as well as The Grove at Fischer Farms. The commission also approved a request to alter lot lines at Wynn Haven subdivision.
Rezoning was approved at Industrial Park No. 5, changing a section from B-2 to M1P (manufacturing). Rezoning requests for Rusken Packing was approved on a total of more than six acres of land at Brantley Avenue, from B-2 to M1.
Annexation requests for 1555 County Road 1303 and 191 County Road 1305 were also approved.
