A two-vehicle collision at Alabama 69 and 157 has left one person dead.

The wreck occurred at 6:50 a.m. and Cullman Police are investigating.

Police Chief Kenny Culpepper said Coroner Jeremy Kilpatrick was called to the scene, but the identity of the victim has not been released.

Traffic is moving through the area, but motorists should approach the area with caution as efforts conclude to clear the scene.
